Summary
Required Skills:
- 0–3 years of IT/infrastructure experience
- Hands-on Linux command-line, logs, processes, services, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Basic AWS knowledge — compute, networking, IAM/access controls
- Python or Shell scripting and automation experience
- Git/source control and basic CI/CD knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotation
Preferred:
- Banking, payments, insurance, healthcare, telecom, MSP, or data center experience
- AWS certification, home labs, internships, academic/personal projects
