Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Agentic AI systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and cloud-native deployments within an OpenShift (MKS) environment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications using modern Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks
Build and integrate Agentic AI workflows, including orchestration of AI agents and tool usage
Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for AI systems
Develop microservices deployed on Kubernetes (OpenShift / MKS)
Use Kubernetes client APIs to manage deployments, scaling, and service communication
Collaborate with DevOps, AI/ML, and platform engineering teams
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in a regulated financial environment
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and CI/CD processes
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, APIs, microservices)
Experience with Full Stack Development (React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks preferred)
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration patterns
Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Solid experience with Kubernetes and Kubernetes Python client
Hands-on experience with OpenShift (MKS) environments
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous processing
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture
