  • IT system integration - Coordinate integration of warehouse automation systems with enterprise IT platforms.
  • Production & campus coordination - Align with production teams and site stakeholders to plan shutdowns, mitigate risks, and maintain operational continuity.
  • Schedule & vendor alignment - Support the primary Project Manager by managing schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple vendors and work packages.

  • Meets one of the following education/experience pathways:

    • Military service with 2+ years project scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with equipment installation or retrofit in pharma manufacturing.
  • Experience integrating equipment with IT/automation systems.
  • Background with ASRS, AGV, AMR, or conveyor systems.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Project
    • Smartsheet
    • Primavera P6
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
Desired Capabilities
  • Major capital project scheduling across construction, automation, and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors, schedules, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move equipment or supplies up to 33 lbs.
  • Occasional work in unconditioned or outdoor environments (e.g., construction areas).
  • Ability to work in high-noise environments with appropriate PPE.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Onsite, 5 days per week.
  • 40 hours/week, with additional hours as needed and approved.
