Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Network Consultant/Engineer to support network operations and infrastructure modernization across enterprise and manufacturing environments. The role will focus on LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco routing & switching, Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, wireless, and network upgrades.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching: Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR
• Expertise in OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, trunking, EtherChannel, ACLs, and QoS
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, including policies, NAT, zones, App-ID, GlobalProtect, and HA
• Troubleshoot production-critical LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN issues
• Support SD-WAN solutions, preferably Prisma SD-WAN/SASE or VeloCloud
• Assist with firewall upgrades, switch refreshes, VLAN segmentation, and network modernization
• Understanding of MPLS, IPsec/SSL VPN, Layer 2/3 networking, and HA
• Manufacturing/OT networking experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE, Infoblox, PRTG/SolarWinds, and industrial networking is a plus
• CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent hands-on expertise preferred
