Job Description
Sephora is seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong POS (Point of Sale) and Retail experience to lead Quality Engineering initiatives for E-commerce and Digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience leading QA teams, driving test automation, and ensuring high-quality software releases across web, mobile, and backend applications.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- 2+ years of Test Lead experience
- Strong Retail and POS testing experience
- Experience with E-commerce and Digital platforms
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- API testing using Postman or RestAssured
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing onsite and offshore QA teams
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Test management tools such as Jira and TestRail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities for web, mobile, backend, and POS applications
- Define and execute test strategy, planning, and reporting
- Lead automation testing and regression test execution
- Coordinate onsite and offshore QA teams
- Perform API and end-to-end testing
- Support CI/CD integration and release validation
- Track quality metrics, defects, and test coverage
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Support UAT, production validation, and release sign-offs
- Mentor QA team members and drive quality best practices
