Role Overview
We are seeking a GenAI Platform Architect to design, develop, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of a new GenAI platform and its related business use cases. This role involves developing architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration, with a focus on quality, performance, resiliency, and reusability. The position requires collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that align with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of the GenAI platform.
- Develop architectural strategies for AI software and hardware integration.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to fulfill business objectives.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Establish standards and promote automation for SDLC efficiency.
- Mentor team members in technical design and development best practices.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing.
- Implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet performance expectations.
- Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for infrastructure localization.
- Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate and identify new solutions.
- Monitor AI industry trends to continuously innovate and improve solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:- Expert Python development skills, including Threading, Async Programming, Fast API, and Object-Oriented Design.
- Experience with ETL processes for large data sets and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Pub/Sub and Message Bus design and implementations, with a preference for Kafka or AMPS.
- Experience working in large teams on a shared multi-repo codebase, using tools like VSCode.

- A self-starting individual capable of breaking down complex problems.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $68.26 per hour.
