We are seeking a "Tax Advisor"

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tax Advisor to deliver proactive, planning-driven tax services for closely held businesses. This role is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with practical advice in a collaborative wealth management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and sign federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
Manage the full tax compliance process, including estimates, extensions, and K-1 coordination.
Advise on entity selection, restructuring, and tax-efficient operating strategies.
Develop compensation and distribution planning strategies for business owners.
Analyze and recommend retirement plan options aligned with broader financial planning objectives.
Support exit and succession planning, including business sales, ownership transitions, and generational wealth transfers.
Collaborate with financial advisors and internal stakeholders to integrate tax strategies into comprehensive client planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with extensive expertise in entity taxation.
CPA license or Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong tax research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to client service.
