Role - Endpoint Engineer (AVD / Intune)
Location - Multiple Locations (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Visa - GC

JD:
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Intune environments. This role focuses on endpoint engineering, automation, security, and enterprise desktop lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments (image creation, VM deployment, monitoring)
Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions (policies, compliance, application deployment)
Support Windows 11 provisioning using Autopilot and Windows Update for Business
Engineer and maintain desktop images and SCCM task sequences
Provide L3 support, root cause analysis, and escalation handling
Develop automation for software deployment, patching, and updates
Manage endpoint lifecycle for global desktop/laptop environments
Implement security and compliance policies for endpoints
Manage Active Directory GPOs and ensure alignment with infrastructure teams
Package, test, and deploy applications
Create SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base articles

Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering / System Engineering
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune (MDM, Autopilot, policies)
Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / VDI
Strong experience in SCCM / MECM (imaging, patching, packaging)
Windows 10/11, Active Directory, GPO management
Endpoint security (Defender, compliance, Zero Trust)
PowerShell scripting and automation
Patch management (BIOS, firmware, applications)
Basic SQL Server knowledge
Application packaging (InstallShield or equivalent)

Experience:

8+ years overall experience
5+ years in Intune and endpoint engineering

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required
