Senior Functional Requirements & Testing Analyst

Location: Onsite - Hoover Building, Washington, DC

Clearance Required: TS/SCI (Active)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Functional Requirements & Testing Analyst to support systems engineering, data validation, and development projects at the FBI. This role requires expertise in requirements gathering, functional testing, and stakeholder collaboration within an Integrated Project Team environment.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years leading requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, or development projects
Proven experience working with customers and business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, and security requirements
Understanding of business intelligence systems, ETL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts, including industry best practices
Experience conducting demonstrations and briefings to showcase incremental project progress
Experience working within an Integrated Project Team environment, collaborating with multiple vendors toward unified objectives
Ability to execute, document, and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results
Strong understanding of data validation methodologies and testing frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL for data analysis to support testing activities
Prior work experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
