Supply Tech Business Systems Partner

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Tech Business Systems Partner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various teams and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and operationalization of systems and tools that support central programs and strategies for the Supply Business.
• Communicate effectively on program progress and roadmaps to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations and Field teams to define essential support systems and processes for business growth.
• Manage technical implementations and considerations to support sales strategies.
• Prioritize team requests and requirements to align with company goals and objectives.
• Provide visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues as necessary.
• Partner with relevant teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from systems and tools.

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles, demonstrating success in managing complex projects.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking abilities to connect ideas and propose effective solutions.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional partnership.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with systems like Gong and MixMax, as well as go-to-market technologies.
• Experience working across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships across a complex organization.
