Salesforce SaaS Platform Administrator

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions.
Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices.
Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
