- 10 years experience in Capital Markets products
- Experience in syndicate loans and related topics
- Demonstrated experience in shaping requirements for a large IB, working directly with business
- Developing product features list, requirements, and specifications
- 1 year''s experience in AI/ML/GenAI based approached
- NY based, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Good to have but not mandatory:
- Advanced Finance degree or CFA Level 1 charter holder
- Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers
- Expertise in creating Product Roadmaps, OKRs
- Previous IB Trading experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
