Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions (IS-U) for utilities clients. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS-U solutions aligned with utilities processes
• Configure and implement SAP IS-U modules, including relevant industry-specific functionalities
• Support SAP DWM (Device & Work Management) implementation and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions
• Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users
• Ensure solution quality through testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP enhancements

Preferred Profile

• Experience working on utilities projects (electricity, gas, or water)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end utilities processes (metering, billing, customer service)
