We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the Organization’ RAPID (Rapid Agile Product Innovation & Development) program by driving Agile transformation, improving team performance, and enabling delivery of cloud-based ERP solutions. This role works across multiple teams to enhance Agile maturity, facilitate program-level planning, and align delivery with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coach and establish Agile teams; drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices
· Facilitate PI/Big Room Planning, sprint planning, and team alignment sessions
· Partner with leadership on strategic roadmaps, prioritization, and business alignment
· Assess team performance and implement process improvements
· Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen Agile adoption and program effectiveness
· Deliver training and support knowledge transfer across teams
· Enable DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation
· Provide program health metrics, maturity assessments, and improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
· 8+ years of IT experience; 1+ year as Program-level Agile Coach; 2+ years as Team-level Agile Coach
· 3+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or leadership)
· Experience with SAFe, PI Planning, and Agile Release Trains
· Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile transformation
· Agile certification (e.g., CSM, ACSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile tools
· Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience supporting cloud-based ERP and digital transformation initiatives
