Job Description:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

The Sr. Project Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role manages complex regulatory and operational projects, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
The position requires strong collaboration, structured reporting, KPI development, and operational efficiency tracking.
The Sr. Project Manager will provide executive-level updates, drive communication strategies, and support process improvements across the organization.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a bachelor s degree or 6 years with a master s degree in a strategic, operational, or leadership role.
Project management experience with cross-functional collaboration expertise.
Experience in the healthcare and technology industry.
Strong project reporting skills with emphasis on interdepartmental communication.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver against commitments on time and within budget.
Strong planning, decision-making, negotiation, and change management skills.
Ability to manage risks, constraints, contingencies, and critical path activities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage cross-functional teams across departments to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project plans including critical path analysis, constraints, contingencies, and mitigation strategies.
Escalate risks and threats to functional management, senior leadership, and global stakeholders as required.
Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior management.
Collaborate with teams to maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Identify cross-product dependencies and ensure coordinated execution.
Develop KPIs and operational efficiency metrics, baseline activities, and track performance outcomes.
Identify and implement process improvements and organizational synergies.
Assist in developing executive presentation materials and facilitate content creation for leadership reviews, quarterly updates, and company forums.
Create cohesive and structured reporting dashboards.
Support schedule, budget, cost, and risk management tracking activities.

Should Have:

MBA or project management certification such as PMP or CSM preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and collaboration platforms.
Experience with Business Process Management.
Regulatory and quality knowledge and experience.
Experience analyzing trade-offs between process design, customer requirements, and cost.
Experience supporting international organizations.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals, and drive execution.
Strong relationship building and facilitation skills.
Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments with adaptability and resilience.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
Advanced degree or project management certification preferred.
Relevant experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles required.
