Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer / AI Engineer to build scalable enterprise applications and integrate AI-powered capabilities across business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React, .NET Core/C#, Azure, REST APIs, microservices, and NoSQL databases, along with exposure to Generative AI and intelligent automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role working closely with data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using React and .NET Core/C#.
- Build responsive and reusable UI components using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, backend services, and API integrations.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and related services.
- Develop and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Implement microservices, event-driven, API-first, and secure application architectures.
- Develop data access layers and solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and other NoSQL technologies.
- Integrate applications with AI/ML services and LLM platforms.
- Build AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, recommendations, conversational copilots, virtual assistants, workflow automation, and decision-support solutions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and data engineering teams to operationalize models and build AI-ready APIs and data services.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of full-stack application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Strong backend development experience with .NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of modern application architecture and cloud-native development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred / AI Skills
- Experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, or AI/ML services into enterprise applications.
- Experience building intelligent search, recommendation engines, copilots, virtual assistants, or AI-driven automation.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Insurance, claims, underwriting, or actuarial domain experience is a plus.
