Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Proven project management experience
  • Understanding of ERP implementation
  • Experience in budget management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and upgrades, specifically PeopleSoft
  • Basic understanding of project management and administrative processes and principles

Duties and Responsibilities

Program Support (PeopleSoft Program Manager)

  • Interface with high-level client management and vendors
  • Facilitate project activities as needed
  • Support resource management for projects
  • Coordinate and communicate with agency stakeholders
  • Understand political relationships of key decision makers
  • Facilitate issue and risk management across projects and escalate to the program level
  • Ensure deliverables are developed according to defined requirements and timelines
  • Stay current on significant change initiatives
  • Identify and highlight required program changes
  • Work with IV&V teams on project/program findings and recommendations

PeopleSoft Governance Council Support

  • Prepare presentations
  • Develop 3 5 year plans
  • Prepare and report project priorities within the program

Administrative and Program Management Activities

  • Collect, maintain, monitor, and report on:
    • Weekly program status
    • Program spending and metrics
    • Program requirements, documentation, issues, funding, and risks
  • Manage meeting logistics, notices, written communications, and meeting minutes
  • Track and report program objectives using metrics
  • Maintain and distribute program plans and schedules to team members
  • Track tasks and action items supporting project success
  • Manage program and project changes as required
  • Coordinate communications with internal clients, team members, and leadership
  • Maintain and distribute scheduling information to clients, support organizations, and vendors
