Description
Client is a leading sustainable packaging materials and paper company. The IT Contract Services Administrator will support IT financial management processes, including purchase order and invoice handling in SAP, IT asset management, and administration of the IT Capital Approval process. This role also provides logistical and operational administrative support to the IT organization.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with both internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities include........
Contract and Financial Administration:
Organize and administer all IT contracts for Billerud North America
Request renewal quotes from vendors and VARs
Work with IT contract owners and technical managers to validate entitlements and service needs
Negotiate pricing and service levels with vendors
Ensure contracts are signed in alignment with the DOA matrix
Create purchase orders for renewals
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual contract invoices
Maintain the IT contract pipeline and support NDAs, SOWs, and service or maintenance agreements
Align contract terms for co-terming and renewals
Preserve official documentation and maintain historical data for audits and negotiations
Budgeting and Reporting:
Support annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting
Manage accruals, amortization, and AOP processes
Provide data for quarterly contract reviews
Support internal and vendor audit requirements
Collaborate with Finance and Legal on overlapping documentation, tax information, and payment terms
Operational Administration:
Support IT logistical activities and administrative processes
Assist with contract renewals for Billerud Europe when needed
Support contract assignments during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
Perform co-terming or merging activities for separate business entities
Assist with special projects and business events as required

Required Experience and Education:
Four or more years of administrative support experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Office
Bachelor degree

Administrative professional certification

Ability to communicate clearly with end users, team members, vendors, and leadership

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
