Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 14+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Test Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and technical expertise in both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Manage functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
Track, prioritize, and resolve defects while working closely with development teams.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Prepare QA metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

14+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
Proven experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing activities.
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or UFT.
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or Cucumber (BDD).
Strong programming/scripting experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or TestRail.
Experience testing cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in test automation framework design and implementation.
Knowledge of mobile testing using Appium.
ISTQB or other QA certifications are highly preferred.
Experience working with microservices and cloud-native applications.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
