Location: Acton, MA or San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description: 

• Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Integration Services Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a large-scale enterprise API platform. This role is responsible for driving the evolution of the organization''s Integration Services Platform, enabling scalable, self-service API development using MuleSoft while partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

  Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integration Services Platform.
• Own and prioritize both the product and delivery backlogs across multiple engineering teams.
• Lead product discovery by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Partner with engineering leadership on roadmap planning, capacity management, release planning, and prioritization.
• Drive the organization''s transition toward a self-service integration platform that empowers product teams to independently build and deploy APIs.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support successful delivery.
• Communicate product direction, priorities, and roadmap updates to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Measure success through business outcomes, platform adoption, and customer value rather than delivery metrics alone.

• Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing technical platform, integration, or infrastructure products.
• Strong experience with API platforms, RESTful services, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft is highly preferred; experience with Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Management is also acceptable.
• Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams while translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of developer experience (DX), self-service platforms, and AI-enabled integration solutions.
