Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend / Full-Stack Lead Engineer to join our engineering team and drive the development of scalable enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, strong system design capabilities, and hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and Generative AI technologies.

Must-Have Skills

• 11+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Expert-level experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on Prompt Engineering experience.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of system design and software engineering best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and LangChain frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
