Special Investigations Department Support | 1 Year of Experience | Onsite | TX, IL, or OK  | Contract 

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Special Investigations Department Support with 1+ Years of Experience to support a Healthcare Payor Client. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

MUST BE LOCAL TO: IL, TX or OK
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS/SCHEDULE: M-F 7am-4pm CST
WORKER TYPE: W-2

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and/or typing experience.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (excel and word)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position is responsible for researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
PREFFERED:
    • 1 year customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing.
    • 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
    • Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet Microsoft excel and word testing criteria.
