Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4-7 installation technicians, ensuring skill development, productivity, and adherence to company standards
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of network installation projects: planning, site assessments, execution, testing, documentation, and closeout
- Design, install, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, surveillance camera systems, and supporting network infrastructure
- Perform advanced network diagnostics, PC troubleshooting, device configuration, and performance validation
- Supervise and participate in fiber installations, structured cabling, and cable routing
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure project success and timelines
- Maintain quality control, safety standards, and professional conduct on all job sites
- Travel regionally on a weekly basis, with occasional nationwide assignments
Requirements Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience with fiber, structured cabling, and network infrastructure deployments
- Construction or low-voltage background
- Previous supervisory, lead technician, or project leadership experience
- Familiarity with reading site plans, network diagrams, and construction drawings
