Location: New York, NY (work from office) Final Round Inperson Interview

What We re Looking For

3 5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to both backend and

front-end development.

Strong programming fundamentals in Python and Java; willingness to work across the

stack.

Fluency with modern AI development tools (Claude Code, MCP servers, LLM APIs) or

strong enthusiasm and aptitude to ramp quickly.

Genuine curiosity about the business domain: you want to understand why the software

exists, not just how to build it.

The business context to make the right tradeoffs: you think about users and outcomes,

not just code.

Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity with support.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style, especially in a multi-

location team.
