Our direct client is looking for a Oracle Fusion Financials Reporting & Data Lead for a Hybrid(3x/week) Contract in Washington, DC
J0B DESCRIPTION:
- Design, develop, maintain, and deliver critical dashboards scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of stakeholders and support all areas of Oracle ERP, Procurement and Project/Grants Cloud
- Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting various reports and data extracts.
- Support the day-to-day operations, including help desk issues and end-user support.
- Develop custom reports using OTBI/Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
- Develop, unit test, performance tuning and implementation of Custom Reports
- Deploy and Schedule reports using ESS
- Collaborate with the workstream leads to create reporting specs that accurately document required functionality
- Create BIP reports where requirements cannot be met through out-of-the-box reports and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Create end-user training documentation, ensuring that the functionality of the report is fully understood
- Support unit testing and user acceptance test for Oracle ERP, Procurement and Project/Grants Cloud reporting
- Support quarterly upgrades to Oracle cloud by assessing its impact on reports.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud development is a plus
SKILL MATRIX:
- Experience dealing with Oracle Fusion Financials - Required
- Experience developing OTBI/BIP Reports - Required
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud - Required
- Deep understanding of Fusion Financials database schema (GL_LEDGERS, XLA subledger accounting tables, AP/AR transaction tables, Project-Grants Tables) - Required
- Full lifecycle implementations using government-compliant data warehousing solutions with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP - Required
- Experience with at least one modern ETL/ELT tool - Required
- Implement automated data extraction from Oracle Fusion Financials using native Oracle tools (BICC, OIC, OTBI) or third-party extraction platforms - Required
- Automation of reconciliation between Oracle Fusion and warehouse, fund balance validation, audit trail documentation, and support for gov audit cycles - Required
- Excellent understanding of Financial Modules and Data structure - Required
- Built self-service reporting using enterprise BI platforms for Oracle Fusion Financials - Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - Required
