job Description
Experience in different database concepts for HANA/ASE / addition DB Skills are a big plus like IQ / SRS / ASE
SAP Product suite knowledge is an added plus
Exposure to the automation tools /scripting or processes
DB installations and upgrade, Planning, setup and implementation.
Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing and tuning of Systems
Organize / Structure day2day documentation
Continuous support of SAP systems and problem solving.
Development of concepts and tools to solve and prevent problems and to increase efficiency
Working in international teams and driving global knowledge transfer and best practices
DB performance optimization on detailed level
Willingness to take on call duty/Weekend tasks.
Willing to Work with additional and new databases is must like HANA, Sybase.
DB Concept on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, System Copy, high availability and disaster recovery strategy, export-import , replication is must. Basis knowledge candidate is preferred
