Job Description :-
We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Conversions Lead with experience in designing and implementing conversion strategies and processes (Oracle ERP/EPM and 3rd party systems) both on-prem and in the cloud to help us transform to a modern cloud financials platform.
Reporting into a Sr. Manager, GTO, the Oracle Cloud Conversions Lead is a critical role that partners with various IT teams and business partners to support and help transform finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Oracle ERP cloud conversion design and delivery using conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration
- Understand end to end business process and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables
- Interact with business teams to understand current state process and requirements and design a robust solution
- Develop roadmap of current data repositories included in the conversion landscape
- Define responsibilities of data conversion stakeholders involved in the conversion process
- Define tasks to be conducted by legacy and functional teams for the conversion
- Define process and control procedures that will be used to validate a successful conversion. This will describe how the data will be validated to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Manage technical delivery resources supporting conversion activities in onshore/offshore model
- Participate in requirement gathering discussions and align the business requirements and best practices to the technical conversion solution
- Participate in project planning by providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work and development of proposals for conversion activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 to 12 years of experience designing and implementing conversions between Oracle on-prem, Oracle cloud ERP and EPM and other 3rd party systems (on prem and cloud)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in full life-cycle project development including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment
- Experienced with Oracle ERP and Procurement Cloud conversions, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration
- Ability to quickly understand the business requirement and to design technical concepts
- Conversion experience with various cloud, SaaS, and on-premises ERP"
