Role : Drive onsite Support Services business for Mission Critical Data Center's services across America's (Majorly USA), majorly targetting Hyperscalers

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development in data centers onsite support services (AI Smart Hands, Structured cabling, Rack Integration Services, Mission Critical Facility Management Services) .
- Proven success selling DC onsite support services to large-scale / AI data centers programs, specifically to Hyperscalers like Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Google etc.
- Strong understanding of Hyperscale's AI data center needs / Requirements / ways of working.
- Experience leading multi-partner pursuits and complex negotiations.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen — ability to translate Services detail into business value / Commercial construct.
- Comfortable in a high-travel, customer-facing, autonomous role.
- Confident engaging C‑level leaders, OEM executives, and global partners.
