Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Python backend development, and modern frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development of scalable applications, including AI-driven chatbot solutions, while leveraging Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Azure Cloud services
- Architect and develop backend systems using Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Design and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions and conversational interfaces
- Work with Azure Fabric / Microsoft Fabric for data integration and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data engineering
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the team
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Azure

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
- Expertise in Python backend frameworks (FastAPI preferred)
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building and integrating chatbots / conversational AI systems
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, NLP, LLMs)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
