Product Manager

We are seeking an Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms. This role is responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into clear product strategies, priorities, and delivery plans.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of product thinking, agile delivery experience, and stakeholder collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-value, user-centered solutions.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for one or more digital products or platforms, from discovery through delivery and ongoing enhancement
• Lead one or more cross-functional agile teams to deliver new features and product improvements that align with user and business needs
• Gather and document user requirements through research, stakeholder engagement, and analysis of diverse user groups
• Translate user needs into clear, prioritized product backlogs, user stories, and release plans
• Define product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps to guide development and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, valuable, and user-focused
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders at various levels

Position Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, engineering, and/or management consulting
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Product management
• Product design
• Agile delivery
• Business analysis
• Data science
• Software engineering

Certifications (One Preferred)

At least one of the following certifications or an equivalent:

• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Certified Product Manager
• Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner
