Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Lead - Data & Agentforce who has strong knowledge of Agentforce and Data 360. The candidate would have a successful track record who can handle a fast-paced and changing environment. The candidate should also be eager to learn and take ownership of projects from conception to completion. This person will act as the and will be responsible for delivering both small and large projects.

This is a role designed for a professional who thrives on both declarative "low-code" solutions and programmatic development. You will be a key player in optimizing our Sales Cloud environment, managing complex Integration projects, and building sophisticated Flow automations

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document workflow and solution requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas where AI features Salesforce can be implemented effectively.
  • Develop, and maintain complex automated processes using Salesforce Flows and working knowledge of Apex and LWC
  • Own end-to-end integration projects connecting Salesforce to external systems using Middlewares (e.g., Alteryx, Airflow)
  • Build and manage advanced Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable business insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.

Preferred "Next Gen" Knowledge
  • Data Cloud: Understanding of data ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution.
  • AI & Agents: Practical knowledge of building Salesforce AI Agents and grounding Prompts with CRM data.
  • Experience with middleware Platform for API-led connectivity.
  • This role requires a candidate who is deeply embedded in the Salesforce ecosystem and committed to continuous skill evolution.

Requirements:
  • Certifications
  • Required (Must hold at least 3):
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (or Advanced Administrator)
  • Platform Developer I (PD1)
  • Any Consultant Certification (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud or Marketing or Pardot)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of active Trailhead history and must have achieved Ranger Ranking (100+ badges and 50,000+ points) or higher.

Nice to Have:
  • Salesforce AI Associate
  • Agentblazer Champion
  • Tableau Certifications
  • BS in Computer Science or Business Major
  • Knowledge of the Advertising space is a must.
  • Strong grasp of media order management systems, programmatic deal workflows, and diverse sales efficiency application integrations
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Sales Cloud, ensuring the platform supports the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Perform Salesforce Administrator duties, including environment management (sandboxes), security audits, and permission set maintenance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and workflows.

Proven track record of staying current with seasonal releases and new product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $135,000 and $150,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
