This is a high-visibility role supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving executive environment. We’re looking for someone who is first and foremost an AV pro, and just as importantly, someone who knows how to show up calmly, confidently, and prepared when the pressure is on.

You’ll be the go-to person for executive meetings, board sessions, and critical presentations. When something matters and there’s no margin for error, you’re already in the room, already checked the setup, and already thinking one step ahead.

Alongside AV ownership, you’ll also provide white-glove executive IT support for senior leaders. That means discretion, polish, urgency, and the ability to solve problems without making noise about it.

This role is on-site in New York City and will occasionally require travel and after-hours support. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being trusted, values professionalism, and takes pride in making complex technology feel effortless for the people using it.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the audio visual experience for executive leadership. That includes preparing rooms ahead of meetings, supporting live sessions in real time, and troubleshooting anything from microphones and cameras to conferencing platforms like Zoom and Teams. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to keep conference rooms running smoothly and to support upgrades or new deployments when needed.

On the executive support side, you’ll provide hands-on assistance for senior leaders using both Apple and Windows devices. That includes MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, and the tools they rely on every day like Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and presentation platforms. When something breaks or doesn’t behave as expected, you’re there quickly and you stay until it’s resolved.

You’ll also help manage devices through MDM tools, keep documentation tight and accurate, and support off-site meetings or travel when required. This is a role where preparation matters just as much as reaction.

Must-haves
• 5+ years of hands-on AV experience in corporate or executive environments
• Strong experience supporting enterprise conference rooms and executive meetings
• Deep comfort with video conferencing systems, microphones, cameras, and AV control workflows
• Advanced experience supporting Apple devices and macOS/iOS
• Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with device management tools such as JAMF or Intune
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure, high-visibility situations
• Willingness to support occasional evenings, weekends, and short-notice travel

Nice to have
• Experience supporting executives in finance, legal, or corporate HQ settings
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, or AMX environments
• Experience coordinating with AV vendors and supporting AV-related projects
