Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets) Solution Architect
The Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets) Techno-Functional Architect will be a hands-on senior-level consultant responsible for providing solutions, managing configurations, extensions, and data migration from source systems within the client's Oracle SaaS and PaaS ecosystem. This role will involve coordination across different teams.
Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia area, as 3 to 4 days onsite at the client location in Center City, Philadelphia, are expected.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client to analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.
- Work with the technical team to build RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
- Understand the technical table-level structure of Oracle Fusion architecture to effectively collaborate with the development team.
- Have hands-on experience with OTBI reports in the PPM domain.
- Resolve functional and technical issues.
- Work on SaaS configurations, functional specification documents, design documents, PaaS solutions, and test script creation.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to resolve defects and issues.
- Knowledge of Oracle Agent Studio is preferred.
- Knowledge of the P2P domain is preferred.
Required Skills
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle SaaS Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant in PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.
- 5 to 7 years of prior Oracle E-Business Suite experience in Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and CapEx Projects.
- 12 to 15 years of overall functional experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL querying, along with hands-on experience building OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Extensive experience in data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including detailed data mapping and resolving complex field-mapping challenges.
- Deep practical expertise with FBDI and ADFDI for large-scale data uploads and bulk processing.
- Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including the creation of technical and functional design documents for OIC integrations.
- Hands-on experience with OIC data flows and data transformation processes utilizing ATP custom schemas.
- Proficiency with UCM (Universal Content Management) for file handling and integration touchpoints.
- Ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs, including calling, testing, and integrating with Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience implementing AI Agents, with knowledge of deploying both custom-built and out-of-the-box agents within Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation is preferred.
- Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of integrating Oracle SaaS PPM and Project Grants applications with third-party applications.
- Ability to understand business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion application functionality, perform gap analysis, and develop end-to-end technical solutions within Oracle SaaS applications.
- Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with key client stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Oracle SaaS Cloud certification in the PPM area is required.
