Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure initiatives within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network upgrade implementations, IT infrastructure projects, vendor management, and cross-functional project leadership.

Experience supporting Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing systems, particularly LIMS or Sample Management systems, is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of IT project management experience.
Proven experience managing network upgrade or IT infrastructure implementation projects.
Experience working in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment.
Strong understanding of GxP requirements and regulated IT environments.
Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
Strong experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.
PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry experience.
Experience supporting Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience with LIMS, Sample Manager, or other laboratory/quality systems.
Experience with network infrastructure upgrades and technology implementations.
Experience supporting system validation, compliance, or GxP-regulated implementations.
Experience with organizational change management and technology adoption.
