We are actively seeking an experienced LexisNexis FircoSoft Engineer with strong expertise in Real-Time Screening (RTS) v6.12.3 to join our team.

Required Skills:
✅ Hands-on experience with LexisNexis FircoSoft Real-Time Screening (RTS) v6.12.3
✅ Strong knowledge of Sanctions Screening, AML, KYC, and Compliance processes
✅ Experience in FircoSoft configuration, tuning, and implementation
✅ Expertise in screening rules, watchlist management, and alert handling
✅ Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle/SQL Server)
✅ Experience with Linux/Unix environments
✅ Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support critical compliance systems
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience with SWIFT messaging and payment screening
✔ Exposure to banking and financial services environments
✔ Knowledge of Firco Continuity, Trust, or Compliance Link solutions
FircoSoft Platform Implementation
- Design, develop, and support FircoSoft (v6.12.3) solutions for real-time AML and sanctions screening.
- Configure and manage FircoSoft modules such as:
- Firco Continuity
- Firco Trust
- Firco Compliance Link (FCL)
Responsibilities:
🔹 Configure, maintain, and support FircoSoft RTS environments
🔹 Optimize screening performance and reduce false positives
🔹 Work closely with Compliance and Business teams
🔹 Perform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
🔹 Troubleshoot application and infrastructure-related issues
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
