About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Science Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation to drive data-driven strategies and deliver scalable machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications
Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Overall 10+ years of experience
Should have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers).
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps tools.
Solid understanding of data engineering, distributed computing, and scalable architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced optimization techniques.
Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments at scale.
Strong publication record or contributions to open-source AI projects.
