Creo Designer / Mechanical Design Engineer

Wauwatosa, WI (100% Onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled Creo Designer / Mechanical Design Engineer with strong automotive product design experience to join a fast-paced engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Creo modeling, surfacing, manufacturing drawings, and component design across plastic, sheet metal, and casting domains.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Creo Part, Assembly & Surfacing
Expertise in Surfacing, GD&T, DFX, DFA
Experience in Automotive Product/Component Design
Design experience with Plastic, Sheet Metal & Casting Components
Ability to independently work on conceptual design assignments
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Drawings & GD&T
Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal and Plastic Part Design

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Automotive Product Development Lifecycle
Experience with Drafting, Dimensioning, Tolerancing & Prototyping
Exposure to ECN & PPAP documentation processes
Understanding of Fixture & Gauge Design
Knowledge of Press Tools, Reverse Engineering, Stack-Up Analysis & VAVE
