Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, and peripherals.
Act as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, iOS devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Support new hire onboarding, device setup, and accessory assistance.
Proactively monitor and remediate hardware, software, and security-related issues.
Ensure devices remain compliant with security standards, patches, driver updates, and supported application versions.
Partner with infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Educate and support users in adopting new IT tools, services, and initiatives.
Deliver excellent customer service while translating technical concepts into user-friendly language.
