What You\'ll Do

• Service, diagnose, maintain, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment

• Handle service requests and restore essential refrigeration systems to proper operation

• Complete preventative maintenance to support equipment performance, efficiency, and longevity

• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system malfunctions

• Maintain detailed and accurate service records using company-issued devices and software

• Expand your HVAC/R expertise through employer-funded training and educational opportunities

• Take part in the scheduled on-call rotation

• Deliver reliable, professional customer service while representing M.J. Mac Inc. at job sites

What We\'re Looking For

• Preferred experience of 1 to 5 years working with HVAC/R systems

• Previous commercial refrigeration experience is preferred

• Residential HVAC service technicians interested in moving into commercial refrigeration are welcome to apply

• EPA Certification is required

• NATE Certification is an added advantage

• Solid understanding of HVAC/R diagnostics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting procedures

• Ability to work with mobile devices and digital service management platforms

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is beneficial but not mandatory

• Strong computer proficiency and accurate service documentation skills

• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively

• Reliable work habits, a professional attitude, and dedication to delivering quality results

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow technicians

• Ability to understand and carry out both written and verbal directions

• Valid Pennsylvania driver?s license

• Availability to travel within an approximately two-hour service territory
