You will partner with the SRE leaders and work with your Engineering Program Manager (EPM) team in order to define, prioritize, plan, and deliver the project portfolio of technical, infrastructure, and system needs that make Apple, Apple. \nApple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive projects and features for the Private Cloud Compute software that powers Apple Intelligence and support integration of Apple Silicon in Apple Data Centers. This is not just a task-based job, you are responsible for successful outcomes and delivery. Strong fundamentals are a requirement! We're looking for hardworking, passionate people to join our amazing team where we focus on extraordinary service availability, scalability and security while defining standards, implementing standard methodologies and improving operational efficiency. \n

5+ years of experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains\nExperience leading large scale Infrastructure programs with focus on Cloud environments \nAgile project experience with evidence and able to demonstrate knowledge SCRUM background \nBS in computer science or related technical field or equivalent industry experience \n

Exceptional organizational, project management, and technical savvy\nExperience with Kubernetes is a big plus\nExperience at prioritizing features, leading & presenting technical roadmaps and identifying & communicating risks early\nA history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority\nPlayed the role of a Scrum Master is a plus\nSelf-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization\nAbility to handle multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure, technical projects and partner community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners\nExperience at end-to-end project delivery; building roadmaps through to operational sustainability\nStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
