Clinical Delivery Leader / Scrum Master

Along with Waterfall and Scrum we also want them to have some experience in Clinical analytics or Clinical projects.

Position Summary

The Clinical Delivery Leader is responsible for leading the successful delivery of clinical and healthcare technology initiatives that improve patient care, clinical workflows, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. This role combines project management, Agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight while partnering closely with clinical leaders, physicians, nursing teams, operational stakeholders, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare and clinical domain knowledge, Agile delivery experience, and sufficient technical understanding to effectively lead teams delivering solutions involving EHR systems, data & analytics, integrations, cloud platforms, and digital healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical and healthcare technology initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Drive successful execution of strategic clinical programs and transformation initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and executive-level communications.

Agile Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Clinical Partnership

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, care teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Translate clinical needs into actionable delivery plans and technology solutions.
• Ensure alignment between clinical objectives and technology capabilities.
• Support organizational change management and adoption activities.

Technology Delivery

• Partner with architects, developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Oversee delivery involving:
• Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR)
• Clinical Applications
• Healthcare Data & Analytics
• AI and Automation Solutions
• Cloud Technologies
• System Integrations and APIs
• Digital Health Platforms
• Understand technical dependencies, solution architecture, and implementation approach sufficiently to guide delivery decisions.
