Description
#1. Automated Notifications DDM
Big Picture these programs are all fully baked/created, what's changing = the way a guest opts into communications will now be on a Global Scale, instead of opting in for each individual park/experience.
Work Load - Majority will be focused on the Automated Messaging Program, then secondary this resource will also help support their Trigger Program in Adobe Journey Optimization (AJO)
Automated Notification work load:
The team is going in and refreshing/rebranding/cleaning up email templates in their automated comms program.
Will need to have an understanding of CRMs - These emails are coming out of source systems and this person will need to be able to support the operational strategy/some technical understanding of how the different payloads coming into their system translate into their emails.
This resource will work very closely with the product teams, so having an understanding of the product lifecycle will be beneficial.
Lifecycle building knowledge would be beneficial
Triggers Program work load:
This work will take place secondary once the Automated Notification Program is up and running.
Needs experience in both the strategy and some building knowledge would be beneficial.
While for this role this person will not be building the trigger journey's themselves - they'll need to know how to navigate AJO (Adobe Journey Optimization) to review the logic of the triggers, look into the several rounds of testing, to analyze which triggers are currently set up, then help strategize how to make adjustments.
#2 Guest Account/ Product Marketing DDM -
Big Picture - this role will be heavily focused on the strategic work on what encompasses the guest account experience.
Preferences -
SMS/Text Messaging Strategy experience/knowledge is the most important piece
Next, any Resort or Parks/Hospitality/Hotel/Experiences industry will be preferred
Work Load:
Need a Technical Understanding of the SMS/Texting Lifecycle space - The team doesn't have anyone with that type of experience/focus so it's a key piece they're missing right now
Will focus on understanding the importance of customer accounts and profiles - how to communicate that by collecting their data is how they power personalize all data collected to cater/personalize the coms the guest receives
Ensure them the data the guest provides is private
Needs to be able to provide the value proposition to the customer and communicate the importance of setting up their guest accounts
I.e. how to promote it to guests, help the guests understand the benefits, how by enabling in the comms it'll help improve their overall Guest experiences.
Strategize on how to orchestrate/communicate what is the guest account, and how to tell guest about how to get all their information into their account for it to help make their experience easier/more enjoyable
They need to simplify this process as a whole.
Currently there are communication releases related to telling the guests about mobile check-in/check-out at the hotels, and photo uploads to their tickets for ease of entry at the parks, etc.
Personality/Brand:
This resource needs to be confident
There are a lot of executive stakeholders tied to this project team that this resource will be interacting with frequently. Need to be able to represent themselves well and be comfortable working with those executives.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years marketing experience; Travel & Hospitality preferred but not required
- CRM strategy development across email, lead generation, mobile, and social.
- Direct Marketing experience with complex programs, applying automation, segmentation, and targeting.
- Success in email marketing from concept to completion (3+ years).
- Experience analyzing reports to measure success and formulate recommendations (3+ years).
- Understanding of email best practices, response optimization, and deliverability (3+ years).
- Strong blend of strategic and hands-on execution; thrives in early-stage environments.
- Superior communication, project management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to move projects forward in ambiguous contexts.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
