Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM UX Designer to design end-to-end user experiences for web properties built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for AEM-based web platforms
Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and Global Design System (GDS)
Design reusable and scalable AEM components, templates, and page layouts
Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-build accuracy (Figma to AEM parity)
Support Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and modular design patterns
Provide UX guidance during build, QA, and release cycles

Required Skills

6–8 years of experience in UX / Digital Product Design
Strong hands-on experience with AEM-based websites or platforms
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component-based UX
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher)
Experience collaborating with front-end and AEM development teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Target, Analytics, and AEP
Exposure to personalization-driven or data-informed UX
