Position: IT Infrastructure Leader - Player Coach
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Salary: $110,000-$145,000 base + exceptional benefits

We're hiring a hands-on Network & Systems Supervisor to lead and elevate a high-performing infrastructure team. This is a player-coach role-owning team delivery while actively contributing across networking, systems, and modern DevOps practices.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of network, systems, and security engineers
Own workload planning, delivery, and operational excellence
Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents
Drive infrastructure automation (Ansible, Python) and CI/CD (GitLab)
Oversee container platforms, Linux environments, and enterprise networking
Lead IAM, security operations, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
Establish standards, processes, monitoring, and incident response
Contribute to strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
5-7+ years in infrastructure, systems, or DevOps
1-2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams
Strong Linux, networking, and enterprise infrastructure experience
Hands-on with automation (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) and CI/CD
Experience with containers and modern platform practices
Exposure to security operations and compliance frameworks
Nice to Have: AWS/cloud, IAM/PKI, SIEM tools, security certifications
