Position: Lead Workday Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Minneapolis, MN/ Chandler, AZ(Hybrid)

Required Experience: - Workday HCM and Workday reporting
- Workday Extend and Workday Studio development experience.
- Building new app in WD Extend supporting workforce development / management.
- Will be working alongside existing product team.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Develop new applications in Workday Extend to support workforce development and management.
- Work alongside the existing product team to ensure project success.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Reporting (preferred).
- Workday Extend and Workday Studio development experience.
- Experience building new applications in Workday Extend to support workforce development and management.
Pay Range: $80 - $85/hr on W2
