Position: Workday HCM Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Mode: Hybrid Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Services Consulting. You will address highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Services Consulting business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.
Responsibilities: - Consult on strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas.
- Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring advanced analytical and innovative thinking.
- Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the product team to build new applications in Workday Extend, supporting workforce development and management.
Qualifications: - 7 years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in Business Requirements & Test Strategy.
- Proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Workday HCM and Workday Reporting expertise.
- Preferred experience with Workday Extend and Prism.
