Executive Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant to support and enhance Order Management operations for a large enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing OM configurations, troubleshooting business and system issues, supporting order-to-ship processes, handling critical integrations, and collaborating closely with key business and IT stakeholders. This role demands strong analytical skills, extensive hands-on Oracle Fusion OM expertise, and the autonomy to drive solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Management: Own and manage Oracle Fusion OM configurations, setups, pricing structures, and order processing workflows.

• Process Support & Execution: Drive seamless order-to-ship processes and support complex shipping operations.

• Integration Management: Oversee and troubleshoot EDI integrations, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integrations, and data exchanges with non-Oracle systems and middleware platforms.

• Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Deliver robust production support, resolve complex system issues, and apply strong analytical problem-solving methodologies.

• Reporting & Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis and build/modify OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business teams and IT stakeholders, fostering strong communication and alignment in a global delivery model (onsite/offshore collaboration).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience with a heavy focus on supply chain and order management domains.

• Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).

• Deep expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM Setups/Configurations.

• Proven technical experience with EDI integrations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

• Hands-on background supporting Shipping Processes and integrations with diverse non-Oracle systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Practical experience in data analysis and OTBI reporting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have & Preferred Skills

• Broad knowledge of adjacent Oracle OM modules and related supply chain integrations.

• Domain experience within consumer goods, retail, apparel, fashion, or manufacturing environments.

• Exposure to modern integration technologies and middleware platforms.

• Proven background in production support, change management, and incident resolution.

• Experience thriving in a global delivery model coordinating across onsite and offshore teams.
