Job Title - Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant
Location - Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant who can be a strong team player with proficient communication skills to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Fusion HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of Core HR enhancements, Goals and performance, benefits processes and integrations.
The resource will be working full time on the HR POD Scrum team, attending daily stand-up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint.
The resource will be working closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the company s framework, UAT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Support Benefit file integrations and support failures and data quality.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 5 yrs in Core HR, Goals and Performance and Benefits.
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and Enrolment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
