Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance PM Consultant with strong Business Analyst capabilities to support and optimize maintenance operations for assetintensive industries.
The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP PM expertise strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Experience in Oil Gas Refining Energy or Manufacturing industries is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP PM processes including Breakdown Corrective Preventive and Work Order Management
Lead requirements gathering fitgap analysis process workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders
Design and maintain PM master data including Equipment Functional Locations BOMs Task Lists Maintenance Plans and Measurement Points
Execute data migration cutover activities and mass data updates using LSMW and related tools
Analyze business challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance maintenance effectiveness and asset reliability
Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects testing and deployment activities
Support integration of SAP PM with enterprise applications such as Meridium Primavera Prometheus and other maintenance systems
Develop and maintain PM reporting and analytics including MTTR MTBR Cost Analysis Material Availability and Breakdown Analysis
Build strong client relationships and contribute to project delivery team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications Skills
Bachelors degree in engineering Information Technology Business or related field
8 years of SAP PM implementation and support experience
Strong configuration expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance
Expertise in PM master data architecture data migration and cutover activities
Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and asset management best practices
Experience working with RICEFW developments and crossfunctional teams
Excellent analytical problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to document business requirements functional specifications process flows and test scenarios
Experience working with Oil Gas or other assetintensive industries preferred
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SAP MM PS CO and QM integration with SAP PM
Experience with Prometheus Scheduling Primavera and MeridiumAPM solutions
Exposure to SAP S4HANA Asset Management and mobility solutions
