Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions on FlexNet Operations (FNO), FlexNet Embedded (FNE).
Implement licensing workflows, entitlement management, and product packaging.
Integrate FlexNet with ERP, CRM, and cloud-based applications.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in licensing and entitlement systems.
Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance of FlexNet implementations.
Perform license file updates, reauthentication, and configuration changes required by vendor licensing models or renewals.
Administer and support cloud-based license managers, provision user assignments within license portals, manage remote dongles, and manage other licensing mechanisms.
Conduct monthly license hygiene and cleanup activities based on usage and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with the broader ITAM, Infrastructure, and Deployment teams to support availability and operational continuity.

Primary Technology Skills:

Hands-on expertise in FlexNet Operations (FNO), FlexNet Embedded (FNE).
Strong knowledge of licensing, entitlement, and software monetization models.
Experience with APIs, custom workflows, and integrations.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
